One World Everybody Eats cafes create spaces where people are nourished in body and soul. People come together, eat in dignity, and form strong bonds that foster an interconnected community.

Food insecurity affects 800 million people globally, including 17 million households in every county in America.  Experts in many fields have called upon organizations to find new ways to address this serious and sometimes invisible issue.  One World Everybody Eats is a response to this call.

There are now more than 60 pay-what-you-can community cafes operating in America, and over 50 others are in the planning stages in six countries.

Giving Back

One World Everybody Eats community cafes serve love through 4,000 meals a day, or over 1.4 million meals a year, in both nonprofit and for-profit restaurant settings.

The One World Everybody Eats network profoundly enhances food security, interpersonal connection, diversity, compassion, respect, and inclusion.

Are you inspired and moved to help strengthen your community? We are eager and ready to help you start a pay-what-you-can cafe in your town.

Our strength lies in our partnerships, memberships, and communities. We seek individual and corporate sponsors to support our existing and start-up cafes.

What We Value

Pay What You Can

Healthy, dignified dining is available to everyone who walks into our cafes, including the nearly 50 million people in America who are experiencing food insecurity, utilizing social programs, and who don't know where their next meal will come from.

Part of honoring our guests involves purchasing and preparing healthy ingredients and supporting local farmers.  Many of our chefs are professionally trained experts with experience in high-end and mainstream restaurants.

A Seat for Everyone

Food has the power to bring people together.  Our guests are invited to dine with us privately at their own table or at a community table.  Sharing a meal builds healthy communities, and healthy communities make a better world.

Healthy, prosperous communities support and celebrate every member. We envision a future in which love, acceptance, and collaboration exist between people of all races, faiths, and ways of living.
